Please read through the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any products, booking a salon appointment, or enrolling in a Joyce Wells Academy course. By proceeding with a purchase or booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Appointments & Deposits
To secure any appointment at Joyce Wells Ltd—including salon services, hair extension consultations, or Academy training sessions—we may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits ensure your slot is reserved and are deducted from the final balance of your service.

Changes to your booking must follow the Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment or Academy course:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

If you are unable to attend your appointment or training and give adequate notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Joyce Wells Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are a flexible way to treat yourself or a loved one. They can be redeemed for:

Any salon service

Joyce Wells retail products
-
Select Joyce Wells Academy courses (unless otherwise stated)
Please note:

Vouchers are redeemable in-salon only and cannot be used online.

All vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

You must present your voucher or provide the order number when redeeming.
Products & Online Orders
Joyce Wells Ltd offers a curated selection of professional haircare products available for purchase both in-salon and online.

All product sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Joyce Wells Academy Courses
When booking a training course through the Joyce Wells Academy:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

Full payment is due by the date specified upon registration.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date (subject to availability).

Courses are non-refundable once commenced or completed.
